Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given that Heritage Ranch, Inc, a 501c3 non-profit organization, will receive sealed bid packets from eligible bidders for the procurement and installation of the Miloli’i Village Solar Project (MVSP). The MVSP is comprised of micro solar household scale installations, solar refrigeration, solar cooking, solar water pumping, training and technical support.

Sealed bids must be received by Heritage Ranch, Inc no later than August 25, 2017 via postal mail delivered to Heritage Ranch, PO Box 1438, Kapa’au HI, 96755.
Bids received after such date will be returned unopened. Prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises and other eligible, interested parties are invited to apply.
