Plant Medicine Workshop

noniPlant Medicine Workshop

Wednesday, February 6th

9am-noon

Come explore the medicinal plants – wild and cultivated – in One Island’s gardens, learn about their medicinal properties and make an herbal infusion with local ethnobotany educator, Momi Subiono.

We’ll take an informative guided plant walk through native, canoe, and cultivated medicinal plants, then harvest and prepare selected herbs for a take-home oil-based infusion. From plant to practice, you can increase your knowledge of herbal self-care and gain new found appreciation for the plants of Hawaii.  Location: Painted Church Rd. Honaunau, South Kona.
