Fourteen wellness practitioners are gathering at One Island for a wonderful weekend of Wellness explorations. The two-day celebration begins Saturday the 16th with workshops, delicious local foods lunch, private 20-minute wellness practice samplers, and a concluding tea. Saturday night launches the second program and begins with an introduction to raw foods at a potluck and film night and then on Sunday the 17th we dive into a full day of do-it-yourself raw foods menu and healthy living instruction.

Event Overview
Wellness Fair Saturday 8:30-4, $15 suggested entry donation provides entry to all workshops (free entry for One Island members joining this month). See below to register for the day and attend any of the workshops with Clear Englebert, Kathryn Andren, Stacey Sheppard, Philippe Hema, Claire Zane, and Barbara Coffman. Raw Foods Introduction Potluck, Film and Presentation by Ben Cohn, Saturday 6-8:30, bring a dish or make a $15 donation.
Raw and Living Foods Workshop with Ben Cohn, Sunday 8:30-4, $65 incl. a superfood raw lunch, abundant recipes, and hands-on instruction with a masterful teacher. See more at the event web site.

2-Day Immersion Saturday camp-over option including Sunday morning superfoods breakfast, $40 per person (limited space for full-event participants $75 couples).
